I hesitated to post this mix because a couple of the tracks are in my first and some of the songs are in a few other podcasts I'm linked to, but f- it. I can't be 100% original when I'm trying to learn this sh-. The track list is the first live set I played at a bar for some friends. I can't wait to get that MIDI controller and new software. Trying to DJ with a mouse is painful. Until then, I've got to work on my phasing and find the keys of all my tracks with this handy little tool: Rapid Evolution. It is only correct 60% of the time, but that isn't bad when it's free and I am starting from 0. My audio interface just died, so I’m going to be throwing my setup out the window and switching to this: M-Audio I won’t be creating a new mix until December, so until then here is another site with some cool mixes and sexy people: Fluo Kids I had too many problems trying to integrate a PC / software / and audio interface. It was a nightmare. The new M-Audio Torq gives me a package with an integrated audio interface and it’ll work with my laptop. Here is a video about Torq: Torq reviewed on GearwireNext time though, I’m buying a MAC.
